My Milton Keynes based client is a professional and forward-thinking Residential Property firm with a diverse base of clients looking to expand their team due to increased growth. They are seeking 2 motivated and proactive Property Managers with ideally some Lettings experience to join their small friendly team.
Key responsibilities:
- As a Property Manager you will be identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Working towards achieving personal and branch targets
- Admin completion of all necessary documentation
- Renewing rent guarantee, insurance etc
- Maintenance – actioning and processing jobs, with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Monthly Compliance/IDs/Right to Rent Checks/Contractors Liability Insurance
- Renewals
- Check Outs- arranging with tenants and contractors
- Inspections
- Offering yearly portfolio reviews to landlords
Property Manager Requirements:
- The Property Manager must have proven communication skills and a professional and courteous manner
- The job holder must have high levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to use own initiative is also essential
- Excellent writing and IT skills
- Good timekeeping and the ability to manage time efficiently
Work Experience:
- Property sector work experience is desirable but not essential.
