Breakdown Engineer

Are you a Breakdown Engineer who loves repairing equipment, finding solutions to problems and have a track record in practical ability. This role will challenge you, as you will be working on a wide variety of industrial machines and sites. The ability to diagnose faults and read electrical drawings is crucial for the Breakdown Engineer that wants get the customer up and running again.

Our client requires an experienced Electrically Biased Breakdown Engineer to visit customer sites and carry out Breakdown repairs, servicing, and maintenance.

• You will need to have Experience in working in an industrial background.
• The ability to diagnose faults using electrical drawings.
• Working knowledge of PLCs would be an advantage
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical engineering an advantage
• Trade C & G (or equivalent) qualification in one of the following- electrical, mechanical, maintenance,
